feat(map): update to v5 with targeting like syntax

This new version lookup parameters values files under the
“parameters/” directory.

  • eole-workstation/map.jinja: this new version export only one
    variable called “mapdata”.
  • eole-workstation/libsaltcli.jinja: new dependency of “map.jinja”.

feat(map): update all “map.jinja” imports

The new “map.jinja” export only a variable named “mapdata”.

The states need to be updated to import this new variable and alias it
to “ews” to limit the impact.
