Sur notre infrastructure, windows update est désactivé mais les postes sont vues comme nécessitant un redémarrage :

fix(reboot): disabled windows update may finish on reboot loop
When the windows update service is disabled, the workstation can stay
in “pending for reboot” state forever making the state to always
reboot it at startup.
We need to restrict the reboot state only when the join is done.
- eole-workstation/init.sls: remove the “reboot” from the list. It
will be used as dependency.
- eole-workstation/ad/join.sls: add an “onchanges_in” dependency to
hook the reboot on changes to the join of the computer.
