Décision : exclure ce template de CreoleLint.

eole-sso est obligatoire pour les applications Envole. Il faudrait à terme soit empêcher la désactivation de eole-sso, soit l'impossibilité d'activer eole-nextcloud si eole-sso est désactivé.
