Salt minion: renaming requires an orchestrate from the master

To rename a minion, run:

salt-run \
state.orchestrate eole-workstation.orch.minion.rename \
pillar='{"old": "previous.example.net", "new": "next.example.net"}'
  • eole-workstation/orch/minion/rename/init.sls: orchestrate SLS to
    synchronise the minion rename, the restart of the minion and the
    rename of the key on the master.
  • eole-workstation/salt/minion/name/init.sls: set the name of the
    minion store in “minion_name” pillar. Should be called only from the
    previous orchestrate SLS.
