Lorsque le poste est join à un domaine, un [bug empêchait la détection de la nécessité de redémarrer](https://github.com/saltstack/salt/pull/49684).
Il fallait donc mettre en place un mécanisme de contournement qui devient inutile avec la version 3001.

feat(ad.join): remove the workaround for pre 2018.3.4 bug
After a join, there was no detection of the needed reboot. We can now
use the internal mechanism and ask a reboot with the proper options
“only_on_pending_reboot: True”.
- eole-workstation/ad/join.sls: remove all the workaround but clean
the joined semaphore.
- eole-workstation/reboot.sls: reboot only if there is a pending
reboot nedded.
- eole-workstation/init.sls: last with reboot.
