Description
La mine est mise à jour toutes les 60 minutes par défaut.
Nous devons ajouter un state qui forcera sa mise à jour à la fin du highstate

We need to force the update at the end of the highstate to make the
mine available as soon as possible after minion start.
- eole-workstation/init.sls: add mine at the end of the list
- eole-workstation/mine/init.sls: only update for now.
- eole-workstation/mine/update.sls: update the mine.

J'ai réussi à passer le test squash ecoStations en 2.7.2, j'imagine donc que c'est OK ;)
