En mode HA il faut des server supplémentaires dans nginx.

en gros la liste dans one_nodes

Support of HA VIP with new nginx mode

Now we serve sunstone with NGINX so when we use HA mode we need
to serve with a dedicated name for the VIP

Make XML-RPC API working again

I don't have any way to know who is who in one_nodes
so I create nginx configuration for all servers.
