Veyon: install veyon after joining the Active Directory domain

  • eole-workstation/veyon/install.sls: install 4.1.7.0.
  • eole-workstation/veyon/init.sls: only do installation for now
  • eole-workstation/init.sls: add veyon management to global
    workstation configuration.
