The IP addresses must be configured even on unplugged interfaces

By default “systemd-networkd” does not configure the IP address of
interfaces without carrier and “netplan” does not permit to pass the
proper “ConfigureWithoutCarrier” option.

  • dicos/01_network_interface0.xml: new template to override the
    “systemd-networkd” configuration generated by “netplan”
  • dicos/01_network_interface1.xml: ditoo.
  • dicos/01_network_interface2.xml: ditoo.
  • dicos/01_network_interface3.xml: ditoo.
  • dicos/01_network_interface4.xml: ditoo.
  • tmpl/interface_0.conf: set “ConfigureWithoutCarrier”.
  • tmpl/interface_1.conf: ditoo.
  • tmpl/interface_2.conf: ditoo.
  • tmpl/interface_3.conf: ditoo.
  • tmpl/interface_4.conf: ditoo.
  • pretemplate/00-network: create links to map per EOLE interface
    configuration file to “systemd-networkd” override configuration.
