The netplan-apply service delete the lxc-net bridge

We need to restart the “lxc-net” service after “netplan-apply” and
“lxc” after “lxc-net” or the container will loose it's interface.

• dicos/27_eolead_container.xml: add “lxc-net” and “lxc” as services.

• posttemplate/04-samba-ad: only configure the samba daemon, there is
  no need to restart now.

• posttemplate/05-eolead: only configure the container.

• postservice/05-eolead-inject-password: move this script to
  postservice

The addc container is restarted as a Creole service

The container is available only at postservice time.

Network: “lxc-net” is not properly ordered with “network-online.target”

To be ordered after a service or target, a unit must declare the
“After/Before” and the “Requires/Wants”.

The “lxc-net.service” provided by Ubuntu only declares the “After”.

• systemd/lxc-net.service.d/override.conf (Wants): we need
  “network-online.target”

• scribe-ad.mk (systemd/lxc-net.service.d_DATA_DIR): install the
  override configuration file.

Network: Reload systemd configuration

The installation of the “lxc-net.service” override file requires to
reload the systemd configuration.

• debian/horus-ad.postinst: reload the daemon.

• debian/scribe-ad.postinst: ditoo.
