rendre les commandes accessibles dans le path pour ne pas avoir à taper le chemin absolu

exemple :
/usr/share/zephir/utils/add_user.py

toutes les commandes ou alias pourraient être harmonisées du type zephirAddUser ou avoir une commande zephir qui prend des paramètres : add, list, etc

Ajout de liens symboliques dans /usr/sbin pour les commandes
add_user, del_user et list_users qui seront maintenant accessibles dans
le PATH avec les noms zephirAddUser, zephirDelUser et zephirListUsers
