Description

Forcer mobike=1 dans la table peer_configs de Strongswan pour autoriser le changement de path lors d'un basculement de node en haute dispo (revoir dbapply.py).

arv/config.py : si mobike non présent dans arv.conf, renvoie 1
arv/db/strongswandb.py : valeur de mobike à 1 par défaut à la création
d'un enregistrement
