Lors de la récupération de l'adresse IP externe d'un Sphynx, vérifier que pour lui, la haute dispo est activée et ne pas renvoyer %%adresse_ip_eth0 mais plutôt %%vip_resource_adresseip dont le %%vip_resource_name="VIP_externe"

arv/web/childpage.py : le test pour l'obtention des VIP a été revu car
quand la haute dispo était désactivée rien n'était renvoyé
