au lancement de synchro_zephir, zstat plante.
après analyse :
z_stats charge un agent crl.agent qui appelle encore la commande legacy ipsec. Comme on a supprimé strongswan-starter, la commande ipsec n’existe plus, et z_stats tombe. Ensuite synchro_zephir essaye de joindre z_stats, mais le service est déjà mort, donc ConnectionRefusedError.
