L'erreur est susceptible d'apparaître tant que le script n'est pas templatisé :

dicos/01_network.xml:        <file name='/usr/lib/eole/set_linkspeed' mode='755'/>

Si on veut être super propre, il faudrait que eole-server crée le script si il n'existe pas ;)
