Bonjour

Le fichier timesyncd.conf n'est pas correct. Il manque [Time] en début de fichier.
Dans l'état seul le fallback par défaut est donc pris en compte (serveur ntp ubuntu)

Ci-joint un patch qui résout le problème.

Toutes nos excuses pour cette typo qui fait suite à une réorganisation complète du code de gestion du NTP en 2.9 (#33912) et qui n'est pas remontée dans nos différents tests, à cause du fallback justement ;)
