fix(eolebase): installation is nearly installable

The only remaining problem for now is that `packages` declaration has
`eole-server` and `eole-exim-pkg` but each package is installed
separately and fails on the installation of `eole-server`.

feat(eolebase): make partitionning for UEFI

We can't provide a configuration for both UEFI and MBR installations:
