Corrections dans l'actions outils/connexion/historique (fixes #2512)

  • backend/actions/scribe/tool/scribe_tools.py : correction dans le chemin de fichier en mode conteneur
    problème dans la commande unix, les | ne fonctionnent pas correctement, remplacement par du code python
