Redémarrer le service ntp pour prendre en compte la configuration.

La configuration ajoute la synchronisation en local si la passerelle
internet n’est pas renseignée.
La configuration exclut le pool utilisé en dernier ressort dans le cas
d’un serveur Seth membre.
