Le fuseau horaire par défaut est UTC+0.

Il faudrait utiliser la variable time_zone pour renseigner correctement le fuseau horaire de wordpress.

Il faudrait que dans la bdd :

wp_options.timezone_string soit initialisée à Europe/Paris

La valeur de time_zone pourrait donc être directement utilisée.
