Implement dynamic module import for the cases where it is necessary to dynamically
add a widget to an existing page.

Implement passing exception types from Python to JavaScript by allowing exceptions
to specify the JavaScript class with which they should be represented.

Add the check method to the JavaScript Failure implementation to allow type checking
of exceptions in error handlers.

Change Nit to always serve JavaScript modules at a unique URL so that they are never
cached.

Change Nit's assertEqual (and related) methods to use === instead of ==.

Add assertFailure to Nit, paralleling trial's assertFailure method.
