J'ai lancé Upgrade-Auto, tout c'est bien passé, mais après reboot et reconnexion j'ai :

EOLE est une distribution libre dérivée de la distribution Ubuntu.
Veuillez consulter les licences de chacun des produits dans
/usr/share/doc/*/copyright/.

Documentation EOLE :  http://eoleng.ac-dijon.fr/documentations/

Nouvelle version 'EOLE 2.5' disponible.
Lancez la commande Upgrade-Auto pour migrer vers cette version.

On ne devrait plus avoir ce message.
