Il faudrait rajouter un rm=True à la balise file :

        <file filelist="bacula" name='/etc/sudoers.d/bacula' source='bacula.sudoers' mode="0440"/>

Trop tard pour la 2.5.1, j'ai donc commité dans master et compilé en eole-2.5-unstable pour 2.5.2 et supérieur (eole-bareos 2.5.2-1)
