permet d'activer ou non le cron standard 'ocsinventory-client' et d'éviter d'avoir des remontées d'erreur quotidienne

Client OCS: création d'une variable pour proposer des remontées vers un serveur local ( fixes #11964 @2.0)

  • la variable est par défaut à 'non' - permet d'éviter un message d'alerte en désactivant une tâche cron
  • reste à templétiser la tâche cron 'cron-ocs-local' et le fichier de configuration 'ocsinventory-agent.cfg'
