Ce n'est pas un bug ssl.
Les fichiers de configuration de /etc/apache2/sites-available/ doivent se terminer en .conf sinon ils ne sont pas pris en compte.(cf: /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: IncludeOptional sites-enabled/.conf*)
En renommant le fichier /etc/apache2/sites-available/Vhost-ssl en Vhost-ssl.conf et en l'activant, les sites en https fonctionnent correctement.
