This removes some of the Firefox-only code and replaces it with MochiKit-based cross-browser goodness. It also makes the client and server transport layers a bit closer to each other: the server now issues transport actions like "call", "respond", "close", etc, just as the client already did on the server. This leads to cleaner response dispatch code and simplifies extending the transport layer. The client will now also abort all its outstanding transactions when the connection is lost, and can explicitly drop the connection using Nevow.Athena.sendClose().
