Liste des commandes à lancer pour monter le VPN (si la clé privée est chiffrée) :
service strongswan restart (ou service ipsec restart selon les distribution
ipsec rereadall (pour déchiffrer la clé privée)
ipsec reload (pour recharger la configuration ipsec et monter le VPN)
