This adds the <athena:handler> element, providing a more declarative
mechanism for handling client-side DOM events, as well as adding a
safety net to avoid halting JavaScript execution on errors in event
handlers.
This also adds a "clear" button to the debug window, makes sure events
from log.err() always have a message property, and updates the widget
demo to take advantage of this new feature.
