Reintroduce the Spidermonkey Athena Runtime so that the various
node lookup methods provided by the runtime are available to the
unit tests. Factor the xpath-specific implementations down into
a base class shared between the different xpath-supporting browsers.

Add some minor test coverage for the Mantissa needsSecure feature
for negotiating up to HTTPS from HTTP.

Change the Mantissa UserInfoSignup mechanism to only present a
single field for name information, instead of a separate field
for each of first and last name. Change the UserInfo item created
by that signup mechanism to only have one attribute to store the
name information. Change the user creation API associated with
these objects to only have a single name parameter. Change the
Mantissa Organizer and other code which used the UserInfo item
and the user creation API to reflect these changes.
